If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@novugoods.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
We'll review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item should be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging.
Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or issue a full refund. You may not be required to return a damaged or defective item.
Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery or items that have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Return Shipping
If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Email support@novugoods.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
